RLPSA Announces Newly Elected President and Board Members

NASHVILLE, (May 12, 2023) –The Restaurant Loss Prevention & Security Association (RLPSA) announces its new President, Kurt Leisure, Vice President, Risk Services at The Cheesecake Factory, as well as its newest restaurant Board Members:

  • Nicole McDargh, Global Security and Safety Executive, Vice President Safety and Loss Prevention at Domino’s
  • Lyndon Richardson, Chief Risk Officer, Whataburger
  • Josh Phillips, Senior Director, Head of Safety & Asset Protection, Chipotle Mexican Grill

“It’s very exciting to announce Kurt Leisure as president of RLPSA,” said Wendy Hans, Director, Fraud/Loss Control at AMC Theatres and outgoing President of the RLPSA. “It’s especially exciting with Kurt’s expertise on the risk and safety profession as we continue to grow that expertise within RLPSA, while expanding our loss prevention and security base of knowledge in this ever-changing restaurant climate.”

We will continue to focus on building unmatched loss prevention and security content, resources, and networking opportunities as well.”

Kurt Leisure has been in Risk Management for more than 30 years. Kurt began his career in the insurance industry and in 1999 joined The Cheesecake Factory where he is currently the Vice President of Risk Services and Asset Protection.
